BgMetrics - File

  • New - Starts a new database.
  • Open - Opens a database.
  • Import - Imports database information into the current dataset.
  • Save - Saves the current information to disk.
  • Save as - Saves the current information to disk under a new database name.
  • AutoSave - Saves data automatically when exiting the program without asking for confirmation.
  • Backup data - Creates a copy of the current database as "..\Backup\Backup.bgd"
  • Archive - Allows saving and removal of data in one month datasets. Filenames are numeric by Year and Month. Example: Feb of 2000 would be saved as "..\Backup\200002.bgd" March of 2000 would be "..\Backup\200003.bgd" etc. Data may be imported back into the database when desired.
  • Set username - Sets the name used for reports etc.
  • Set font - Sets the font used in the main window.
  • Printing font - Sets the font used when printing the main and meal reports.
  • Print - Opens the "Print reports" dialog.
  • Exit - Exits the program.
