We are improving the report printing situation as this is being written. Thanks to our good friends at Lone Peak Automation, LLC we are now updating the reports to a newer format. The formatted Glucose and Dietary report is available in this newer format and the other reports will follow.

There are four types of reports available for printing or faxing to your care provider:

1. Single Line Glucose and Dietary - Prints a report containing the users Bg data. More on the Single Line Data Sheet
2. Single Line Appointments - Prints a report containing the users appointment data. More on the Appointment Report.
3. Formatted Glucose and Dietary - Prints a report containing the users Bg data and dietary data combined in one report. More on the Formatted Glucose and Dietary Report.
4. Graph Data - Prints a graph of Bg readings. More on Graph Data.

When the "Print" window opens you are faced with these selections:

• Date range From: - Set the starting date for the dataset you wish to print.
• Date range To: - Set the ending date for the dataset you wish to print.
• Single Line Glucose and Dietary - Prints a Blood Glucose and Dietary report for the date range selected.
  • Print report - Elects to print the Glucose and Dietary report
  • Use print dialog - (Default)
  • Use stored settings - (Works only for the newer format reports)
• Single Line Appointments - Prints an Appointment report for the date range selected.
  • Print report - Elects to print the Appointments report
  • Use print dialog - (Default)
  • Use stored settings - (Works only for the newer format reports)
• Combined (Glu & Diet) - Prints a report containing Blood Glucose and Dietary information for the date range selected.
  • Print report - Elects to print the combined Blood Glucose and Dietary data for the date range selected.
  • Use print dialog - When printing the report you will select a printer and set it's properties. If you save the properties from the "Printer selection dialog" it will be saved to this report and you can use the "Use stored settings" later.
  • Use stored settings - If you have saved your printer settings for this report previously (through the "Use print dialog" selection) you can select this option to repeat the same printer setup without setting the properties again. This will NOT work if you haven't saved the properties previously.
• Graphic charts - Prints a graph of all Bg readings for the date range selected. More control over the content of the chart printouts is available from the chart window.
  • Print graphic chart - Elects to print a graphic chart of Bg readings.
  • Bar - Prints a Bar chart.
  • Line - Prints a Line chart.
  • Use stored settings - (Works only for the newer format reports)
• Cancel - Close the window with no other action.
• Print - Gathers information and prints each item as selected.
• Preview - The newer format reports (Combined only right now) can be previewed. From the previewer you can save them as a metafile or print them.

Note: With the old format, the way your report appears is sensitive to the font you choose to print it with. Printer drivers may limit your choices so trial runs with different font selections may be in order. The newer format does not have a font selection. We are aware that some users may want a larger font and hope to provide a solution.
