BgMetrics - Window
- Bg data - Switches view to the main Bg database window.
- Appointments/Reminders - Switches view to the appointments database window.
- Charts - Opens the dialog to create charts.
- Printed reports - Opens the "Print reports" dialog.
- Food list - Opens the Food listing container. (Reference only for now).
- Read meter - Opens the download dialog to read data from a meter.
