The Progress indicator is just a gauge to watch while the build progresses. It updates with each new file that is being worked on as well as each directory. The File listing will also highlight each file or directory that is being archived.
Because of the way the zip file is built, all files are added first and any directories are added later. The progress indicator does not update during the addition of a directory structure but will advance once each directory structure is completed.
