Enhanced E Editor - ClipBoard Viewer

The ClipBoard viewer is simply a text window that will let you take a peek at what is in the clipboard before you paste it into the editor. You can press <enter> or <escape> after it opens to close it or you can press the "Paste into editor" button to past the clipboard contents into the editor at the current cursor location.
