To add or modify a record you need to enter all the relevant information in the three entry fields and select "Add/Modify Record" from the menu or press the Alt+INSERT key combination.
The "Add/Modify Record" is is probably a misnomer because the program will not actually replace an entry with the same name etc. In prior use it was determined that there are times when what seemingly should be one website or business may require different username/password combinations for different areas.
If you are updating old information you can enter the new and delete the old.
