The listings may be sorted alphabetically by selecting the Sort ascending or Sort descending menu items or using the Alt+a (ascending) or Alt+d (descending) hot key combinations.

You may also move an individual listing up or down in the listbox by:

• Select (highlight) the item to move.
• Click the directional buttons immediately to the right of the listbox to move it up or down in the listing.
